Soft-sealed wafer butterfly valve is a common valve type, widely used in various industrial pipeline systems, mainly used to control the opening and closing and regulation of fluids.

Working principle:

The soft-sealed wafer butterfly valve controls the fluid by rotating the valve plate. When the valve plate is parallel to the pipeline axis, the valve is in a fully open state and the fluid can pass freely; when the valve plate is perpendicular to the pipeline axis, the valve is in a closed state and the fluid is blocked. The rotation angle of the valve plate is usually between 0° and 90°, which can be controlled by manual, electric or pneumatic operating mechanisms.
