Product Description

Pneumatic butterfly valve is a common industrial valve that controls the opening or closing or adjustment of the valve by driving the actuator with compressed air.
Main components
1. Valve body: usually round or oval, with a butterfly plate inside
2. Butterfly plate: a disc-shaped component that controls the flow of the medium by rotating
3. Valve stem: the shaft connecting the butterfly plate and the actuator
4. Pneumatic actuator: converts air pressure into mechanical motion

Working principle
- When compressed air enters the actuator, it pushes the piston or diaphragm to move
- Converts linear motion into rotational motion through a gear rack or connecting rod mechanism
- Drives the valve stem and butterfly plate to rotate to open or close the valve
- The standard configuration is 90° rotation (from fully closed to fully open)
