High-Performance Rotary airlock valve

Rotary valve is specially designed as bulk material discharge device under dust-moving equipment, silo, storage bin, hopper etc. The main function of rotary valve is to control discharge bulk solids from silo, mixer, cyclone or hopper under gravity, pressure and vacuum.

The discharge valve on working: 
The discharge valve is generally installed at the bottom of the dust ash hopper. In order to ensure the connection of air leakage, it should often keep the height of the dust in the upper portion of the rotary discharge valve (storage). Because of the impeller rotates, the dust impeller turns on the two side often without dust. So it is easy to make the air leakage. The ssh column in order to keep a certain height, and unloaded not empty. The best way is the material level signal facilities equipped inside the hopper, and a chain with discharge valve of the motor.
